Addiction and Prescription Writing Course Registration

The Addiction and Prescription Writing Course is provided by the Tennessee Dental Wellness Foundation (TDWF). The TDWF is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Dr. David Sain, Executive Director, is a consultant to the Tennessee Board of Dentistry.

To register for this course, you will need to:

1. Fill out the form below.
2. Pay the required fee.
3. Watch the video at the link emailed to you after completing payment. The video lasts approximately one hour and forty-five minutes.
4. Take a short test following the video.

You will receive two (2) hours of credit required by the Tennessee Board of Dentistry for Addiction and Prescription Writing. This presentation is also approved for ADA and AGD credit.
